"Concerning the Introduction of Amendmends and Additions to Certain
Legislative Acts"
The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decrees:
1. That the Draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning the Introduction of Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts" shall be submitted to the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan for its consideration.
2. That this Decree shall enter into force from the day it is signed.

Concerning the Introduction of Amendments and Additions to Certain
Legislative Acts
1. The following amendments and additions shall be introduced to the following legislative acts:
1) the Law of 21st September 1994 of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning Transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (the Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1994, No. 15, i. 201; the Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 2, i. 186; 1998, No. 24, i. 447):
the third part of Article 17-1 shall be excluded;
2) the Law of 20th July 1995 of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning Customs Business in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (the Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, No. 13, No. 23, i.152; the Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 1, i. 180; No. 18, i. 367; 1997, No. 11, i. 144; No. 12, i. 189; No. 22, i. 333; 1998, No. 4, i. 46; No. 24, i. 436; 1999, No. 20, i. 717; 2000, No. 3 - 4, i. 66; No. 6, i. 142; the Law of 5th July 2000 of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning the Introduction of Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning Issues of Leasing", as published in the newspapers of "Egemen Kazakhstan" of 12th July 2000 and "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" of 13th July 2000):
the first part of Article 154 shall be appended with the sentense as follows:
"The Customs bodies at a railway station shall carry out its activities under the working regime as agreed upon with the railway station.";
