                  THE LAW OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

                             On Education

     Passed by the Legislative Assembly
     Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic             April 25, 2003

     The present   Law   shall   establish   the   principles of the
governmental policy in the field of education, educational processes,
activity of educational organizations, access to education in the
Kyrgyz Republic and also the legal framework for their realization.
