MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN
THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION
OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN AND
THE MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND INNOVATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Slovenia, hereinafter collectively referred to as «the Signatories»,
Encouraged by common desire to promote cooperation in the fields of higher education, science and research,
Believing that such cooperation is a valuable instrument to strengthen the mutual understanding between their countries,
Have reached the following understanding:
Paragraph 1
The Signatories will support and develop cooperation in the fields of higher education, science and research between two countries on the principles of equality and mutual advantage.
Paragraph 2
The Signatories will encourage the direct cooperation between higher education and research institutions of both countries, which will be carried out through exchange of visits of experts, professors and researchers as well as through joint conferences, symposiums and seminars.
