Budget"
The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decrees:
That the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning the Introduction of Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget", shall be submitted to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
CONCERNING THE INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC
OF KAZAKHSTAN "CONCERNING TAXES AND OTHER OBLIGATORY PAYMENTS TO THE
BUDGET"
Article 1. The following amendments and additions shall be introduced to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget" (The Bulletin of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, No. 6, i. 43; No. 12, i. 88; No. 23, i. 152; The Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 1, i. 180, 181; No. 1112, i. 257; No. 15, i. 281; No. 2324, i. 416; 1997, No. 4, i. 51; No. 7, 82; No. 10, i. 112; No. 11, i. 144; No. 12, i. 184, i. 188; No. 1314, i. 195, 205; No. 20, i. 263; No. 22, i. 333; 1998, No. 4, i. 45; No. 14, i. 197, 201, 202; No. 23, 425; No. 24, i. 436, 442, 445; 1999 No. 6, i. 192, 193; No. 20, i. 731; No. 21, i. 786; No. 23, i. 928; No. 24, i. 1067; 2000, No. 3-4, i. 65, 66; No. 10, i. 234; Law of 23rd January 2001 of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Concerning Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget", published in the newspapers of "Egemen Kazakhstan" of 30th January 2001 and "Kazakhstan Pravda" of 30th January 2001):
1. Subparagraph 17) of paragraph 1 of Article 57 shall be replaced with the following:
"17) turnovers from production, including rendering of advertising services, and (or) marketing of newspapers and journals of domestic production, except for periodic publications of advertising nature;".
2. Article 61-1 shall be added as follows:
"Article 61-1. Taxation of Turnovers from Selling Television and Radio programmes of Own Production
