on the procedure of Accepting Applications from Investors
seeking to obtain Privileges and Preferences with the purpose of
implementing of Investment Projects in Priority Sectors of Economy

These Regulations determine the procedure of admitting applications from Investors according to paragraph 1 of Article 12 Law of the Republic of Kazakstan "On State Support for Direct Investments"
These Regulations are not applicable to investments attracted and used by economic entities of the Republic of Kazakstan independently and which don't require granting of privileges and preferences of the Republic of Kazakstan.

1. Basic Definitions
The following definitions are used in these regulations:
Committee - State Committee of the Republic of Kazakstan on Investments;
Investor - natural persons, legal entity or consortium wishing to get privileges and preferences for investing in priority sectors of economy;
Application - a package, consisting of documents specified in confirmed by Committee form of application for getting privileges and preferences in order to implement investment project in priority sectors of economy.
